I was just noticing while checking out her little weight list to the left side there, that in the last 4 months she's only gained 2lb, 5 oz. Wow. She gained that much in her first Month!
Although I have to say I do enjoy the slow down. She is getting a LOT more wear out of her clothes. She's been wearing her 6 month size (and now the 6-12 months size) for the last 4 months. We're just starting on her 9 mo. sizes - and they are plenty roomy.
I feel pretty confident at this point that she will contine to be running the same size as her actual age. Which is good because I have plenty of "winter" 18 months clothes and "summery" 24mo. sizes stored away.
And just for the record. She was 17 pound even at her appt on Thursday. Wearing a light cotton onesie and light cotton shorts + diaper. (so her real actual weight is probably a tad less). 17 pounds at 8 months keeps her in the 35 percentile bracket - where she was at month 7.
