and for the record: the bow was on for photo purposes only. She quickly yanked it out soon after these pics were taken.
Also, the lighting in the room was atrocious. So I tried with flash (gives me those awful harsh shadows that I hate), and without - very yellowed, which I tried brightening up a bit and tried to adjust the color to a bit more normal... but it didn't help much.

2nd two without flash:

In other news: her bottom left molar is pretty well in now. However the next 3 are breaking through as of last evening (upper left, upper right, and bottom right). This will make 12 teeth total. And she no longer is content sitting still. She likes to be up and running. She has also pretty much mastered getting off of the couch successfully (feet first - no longer diving head first)
mommy confession: I looked up toddler gymnastics classes today. One nearest us starts at 18mo. of age (Parent-Tot class). I didn't yet call to see how much that costs.

K started her first gymnastics class last week at 20 months old. Parent and tot. they practice somersaults, headstands against a wall, and walking on the beam while we hold their hands, some monkey bars to hang from and a rope swing. I will admit I love it and have decided its well worth the money. enjoy!
