This was a loooooooooooooooong process. Turns out we put in our 2nd original offer on 09/27/11. They sat on it forever - probably waiting to get higher offer. Finally did the counter price thing and we settled on a price and entered escrow around Thanksgiving. Many shenanigans on the part of the seller ensued causing way too many delays... but the day has finally come and we're so looking forward to more space and a nice room backyard with fruit trees!
