Let me first say that 3 was a great age to take her to this. I do not plan on taking Annabelle before she's 3.
Mickey's Halloween party is where they close down Disneyland to the general public at 6pm. After that time you must have a wristband to show you are part of the Halloween Party. (Halloween Party goers can enter the park starting at 3pm).
We came home with 4 full bags of candy.
Syd dressed up as Little Miss Muffet - complete with Spider trick-or-treat bag.
we arrived just in time to see the start of the Soundsational Parade. We were literally standing right where the gates opened and the parade came out.
