Sydney got a hold of the lemon out of Nana's drink:
then, breakfast was served. Sydney has scrambled eggs, some fruit, a bit of the cinnamon bread french toast we ordered to split between all of us, and her usual side of avocado (that lettuce leaf is what the "cado" came on - Sydney did try to eat it too)
After breakfast we had just about an hour to kill to try to get some pics of the girls with Nana's help.
Trying to get the 2 of them together was a major "Fail". It just wasn't going to work. Here's and example:
^too much movement. couldn't get either of them to look at me at the same time.
so we decided to try one at a time.
I love this one of Sydney even though it's too blurry (I was dealing with pretty low light, so slower shutter speed to let in more light = blurry with movement. I'm still learning here.). She looks like she was "marching"
awwwwwwww.... now there's my pretty (and serious) girl:
and then she stopped cooperating and wanted to take off her shoes. :::sigh:::
Trying one last time to get the 2 of them together. Didn't work. Hope I have a better go at it when it's time to do Christmas card pics.
Now time for Miss Belle's close-up:
Love this next one, just sorry I cut off her hand. Still learning. This is the one I'll use as her 6mo pic (which I will post about on Thursday after her 6mo well-baby appt on Wednesday)
A couple of Nana with her youngest grandchild (she only has these 2 anyway)
Although Belle was just about out of patience.
